REFUNDS

Your deposit is used to secure your booking. This is non refundable under all circumstances except: You come in for your photo shoot and are dissatisfied with the service or images we produce.

After your photo shoot once you settle on your package and pay for it, the package is non refundable.

RESCHEDULING OF YOUR SESSION

72 hours notice is required to rescheduling your booking without a penalty. Rescheduling a session inside this time frame will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Please respect that our time is valuable as yours is.

BALANCE OWED

We do not release any images until your balance is paid in full.

LATENESS

Please note if you are late and do not arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time you will not get the full studio experience. Plan for traffic, as it is always present.

LOST PROPERTY

Please make sure you leave with everything you arrive with. We are not liable for any items left behind and will donate them to charity after 7 days.

THE 10% RULE

Our packages are great value. So much so we encourage you to shop around. We are confident you will not find the same quality for close to the prices we charge. We take plenty of pictures and as a guide 10% of them turn out to be exceptional ‘must have’ shots. Throughout your shoot we help you relax, build your confidence and pose you for the camera. Follow our instructions and listen to our guidance and we guarantee you exceptional iconic images.

HAIR AND MAKE-UP

For the ladies this is a must have option. We almost insist on it. Our make up artists and hair stylist work on movie sets and know what it takes to bring out the best in you. Prepare by arriving with your hair clean and dry (wash it the night before) and little or no make up in your hair. Prepare by visiting a salon to touch up your roots. We dry style your hair, ex. wavy, curly or straight looks. We are not a salon, we will not wash your hair, color it or cut it. If you plan on having hair extensions for your shoot or something a little more specific, we advise you to visit a salon beforehand. We want you to feel happy and we don’t want to have to reduce your shoot time. As stated before, we provide one look for hair which we dry style, choose from curly, hair up, hair down or straight looks.

IN GENERAL

Professional looking nails really add to the results, we encourage both men and women to visit a nail bar before having your shoot.
Wet look shots: Don’t forget to pop a large towel into your suitcase, you may wish to do some wet look shots and for hygiene reasons we prefer you bring your own towel.

RETOUCHING

Professional retouching is a process that when done correctly takes up to an hour per image. We fully retouch your image, we do not run filters or provide you with a ‘light’ retouch. The result is a realistic, highly polished professional look. Please allow 2 weeks for your images to be returned to you. Please ask about our express service that will get your images to you within 48 to 72 hours.

Clients under 18 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

The content of The Website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of The Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. The Website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on The Website we will try to correct them as soon as we can.
In particular we are not liable to you for the following: Incompatibility of The Website with any of your computer or telecommunications equipment or software. Technical problems or errors or interruptions of The Website.
Inadequacy of The Website to meet your requirements. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss or privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to The Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
We aim to deal with any questions in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via e-mail us to info@corporateheadshotsusa.com and include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with order number where appropriate.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The changes will apply to the use of The Website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use The Website. If you continue to use The Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of The Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Consumer Privacy Protection Act.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
We shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions beyond our reasonable control.
